Desired Skills and Experience :
*- 6+ years of experience in the Data Engineering Space

• Experience writing ETL processes, designing database systems and developing tools for realtime and offline analytic processing.
• Experience with AWS Technologies like: Glue ETL, S3 RDS etc.
• Strong experience with PySpark, preferably for building Data Pipelines
• Experience working with CI/CD technologies like Bitbucket and Bamboo
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to go onsite day 1 of contract in Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC

Plusses:

• Familiarity and understanding with Machine Learning Modelsbeneficial understanding of how the data they are building will help the Client Models

Day-to-Day :
A large Financial Institution headquartered in Malvern, PA is seeking a Data Engineer to join their growing team. This individual will provide advanced data solutions by using software to process, store, and serve data to others. Tests data quality and optimizes data availability. Ensures that data pipelines are scalable, repeatable, and secure. Utilizes a deep dive analytical skillset on a variety of internal and external data. This team helps operationalize and productionize Client Data Models and are involved in Machine Learning Operations. This team is moving the Client Models into AWS in a modernization effort.

This role is hybrid and the Data Engineer will be required to be onsite Tu-Th in Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC on day one of the contract.
