- Must Be Bilingual (English + Spanish)
- At least 6 months of leasing or related experience.
- Familiarity with Tax credit/Section 8, fair housing laws, property management software such as YARDI, MRI, ONESITE, RESMEN, ETC is a PLUS.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for residents and prospects.
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and regulations
- Familiarity with preparing lease agreements and conducting background checks.
- Professional appearance
- Actively engage prospects and provide detailed information about our amenities and offerings.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to stay updated on special offers and promotions.
- Conduct tours and meetings with prospects, showcasing the best features of our community.
- Follow up leads to generate traffic and foster relationships with potential residents.
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the leasing office as needed.
