- Greeting participants and conducting necessary screenings upon entry.
- Completing intake processes and administrative tasks.
- Providing customer service and assisting with case coordination.
- Facilitating CBT and life skills programs for participants.
- Monitoring participant progress and documenting relevant information.
- Performing office procedures and other assigned tasks.
- High school diploma required; Baccalaureate Degree in Social Services preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
- Relevant coursework in Human Services or business discipline is advantageous.
- Prior experience in Human Services with participant services is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic database usage.
- Basic math skills are required.
