    • Responsibilities

      Summary

      This position offers case management support at a Community Resource Center by assisting with participant check-ins and supporting Case Managers with coordination, management, and documentation. The role involves applying the Principles of Effective Intervention (What Works) through evidence-based practices in all interactions.

      Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

      • Greeting participants and conducting necessary screenings upon entry.
      • Completing intake processes and administrative tasks.
      • Providing customer service and assisting with case coordination.
      • Facilitating CBT and life skills programs for participants.
      • Monitoring participant progress and documenting relevant information.
      • Performing office procedures and other assigned tasks.

      Qualifications

      Minimum Requirements

      • High school diploma required; Baccalaureate Degree in Social Services preferred.
      • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
      • Relevant coursework in Human Services or business discipline is advantageous.
      • Prior experience in Human Services with participant services is preferred.
      • Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
      • Effective communication and customer service skills.
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
      • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic database usage.
      • Basic math skills are required.
