- Graduate of school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse to practice in the state of Ohio.
- Baccalaureate and/or Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 4 years of direct psychiatric experience, per the Ohio Department of Mental Health.
- Maintains current BLS and ACLS certification.
- Membership in an appropriate field of nursing organizational body.
- Maintains certification in an appropriate field of nursing and/or nursing management.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with members of the health care team.
- Five years of clinical experience in the appropriate field of nursing or in nursing management.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.

#The Director is responsible for the development of nursing policies for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating knowledge and practice activities of nursing service staff.
#The Director is accountable for fostering the participation of nursing staff in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of practice to provide safe, efficient and effective nursing care.
#The Director of the above services is responsible for administrative planning, organizing, directing and managing the resources, daily operations and patient care activities for multiple departments on a twenty-four (24) hour basis.
#Departments of Responsibility include:
Intensive Care, Progressive Care, Dialysis, 3W, Outpatient Special Procedures (OSP), IV Coding and Charging, Senior Care Unit, Cardiac Rehab, Imaging Nursing, Emergency Department and Services
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
