    Description

    Superior Senior Care is currently seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle financial, administrative, and clerical tasks.



    Responsibilities:
    • Process accounts and incoming payments following financial policies
    • Perform day-to-day financial transactions and record accounts receivables data
    • Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
    • Reconcile accounts receivables for accuracy
    • Resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate payment collection
    • Generate financial statements and reports on accounts receivable status

    Skills:
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with Medicaid billing preferred
    • Customer service skills and payment collection experience required
    • Understanding of accounting principles and regulations
    • Ability to manage financial records accurately

    Job Type: Full-time

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
