Club Pilates offers group and private reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate all, from those just starting their fitness journey to those advancing their strength training. Class formats target a wide range of clients' needs – from adolescents to senior and beginner to advanced.

Club Pilates was one of the first studios to create a 500-hour Teacher Training Program designed to thoroughly and safely teach group Pilates apparatus classes.

POSITION:

A national leader in boutique fitness is looking for amazing talent to join our team and seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to deliver 5-star experience The ideal Front Desk Sales Associate will deliver best-in-class first impressions and experiences for members and prospects, generate sales via membership, retail, private and teacher training offerings, and assist with retaining current members through cultivating relationships. Position reports to the Studio Manager.

LOCATION:

This is an onsite position supporting the Club Pilates Somers Point studio located in New Jersey. Will not consider remote applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
Must be able to work all afternoon/evening shifts.
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in major revenue streams including memberships, retail, private and teacher training
Must have excellent verbal, written and in person communication and interpersonal skills
Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
An affinity and passion for fitness. Cultivate relationships with members and prospects
Professional, punctual, reliable and polished.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
Ability to identify an opportunity or improvement and share feedback from members/prospects.
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability.
High School Diploma Required. Flexibility available for academically strong students over 16 years old.

DUTIES:

Create best-in-class customer experience, i.e. checking clients in.
Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's needs and wants
Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
Present available services to current or prospective members
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
Serve as Tier 1 level of studio escalation.
Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
Ensure all studio literature is stocked and visible.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
Weekly meetings with Studio Manager and General Manager
Maintain franchise distinct aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
Any other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

This is a part-time, hourly position.
Commission paid on sales.
