    Whatyoullbe doing:

    We are seeking an experiencedVice President,WestServiceto join our fast growing and dynamic team.

    Theresponsibilitiesof this position will involve managing the service department operations to ensure customersatisfactionincluding business growth through marketing and customer visits.

    This position is one we hold in high regardin order toprovidethe level ofserviceexcellenceour customersexpect anddeserve. Specific duties to include:

    • Oversee ServiceManagementandField Supervisors for theWestdivision offices
    • Implementstandards,processes,and procedures relating to service in theWest
    • Oversee Service Coordinators for division, driving changeand efficiencieswhen needed
    • Manage service contractsand customer satisfaction
    • Establish andmaintainsubcontractor relationships around the country
    • Assistin sales process for new service contracts and requirements
    • Increase Service Revenues and Margins across the Division

    What you bring to the table:

    • Bachelors degree in operations management or related field
    • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Additional Skills:

    • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbalmannerto customers, vendorsand to those within the company.
    • Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workersand other personnelat all times.
    • Commitment to integrity andCompanyStandards and Procedures.
