- Own the deal pipeline, leveraging partners and advisors as needed.

- Maintains continuous deal flow through proactive sourcing efforts.

- Manages third-party contributors and presents findings effectively.
- Represent the PE firm in early-stage meetings and develop relationships with entrepreneurs.
- Manages pipeline momentum and leverages key advisors.
- Drives deal flow by building investment theses and developing a prospect pipeline.
- Plays a pivotal role in deal diligence and execution, collaborating closely with the Managing Director and advisors.

- 3+ years in defense or government-related sectors, including roles in investing, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Direct experience in government/defense technology preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Understanding of government procurement processes and the business model of contractors and vendors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with US government stakeholders and comprehend government terminology.
- Direct military operational experience to provide insights into defense technology usage and identify risks (preference)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, finance, modeling, and data analysis.
