    Adventure Mattress LLC is currently hiring a full-time Sales Representative to work in our Indiana territory.

    We are a sales and marketing organization of something everyone needs – great sleep products Our products include the successful Scott Living mattress line and our primary distribution channels are retailers – big box to mom & pops – and where our Sales professionals build relationships with owners and buyers, helping them grow their business with sales of our products. We look for people who have an entrepreneurial mindset with an optimistic and positive attitude, are integrity driven and customer service-oriented.

    Because we believe that hard work equals results, this is primarily a commissioned based position with unlimited earning opportunity and an opportunity to make an impact The commissions are paid on top of a base salary along with a comprehensive benefits program. We anticipate that our Sales Representative can bring home an average of $65,000 to $75,000 the first year with the opportunity to make above six figures.

    This full-time outside sales position offers a flexible schedule but typically works Monday – Friday with some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed for retail customer support. Regular travel within the territory is required in order to consistently prospect as well as to grow current customer sales/business. Work involves occasional positioning of mattress products at customer site and regular contact with people including in-person, electronically, telephone and in writing.

    Other items:
    • Reliable transportation to travel territory along with a valid drivers' license, clean driving record and State of residence level of personal automobile insurance required.
    • Some college or specialized training helpful and bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or business administration preferred, and some sales experience, including outside sales, helpful but we will train.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with effective presentation skills and ability to influence and inspire.
    • Good attention to detail, sound quantitative and analytical skills, and effective planning, organizational and time management skills.
    • Some spreadsheet and word skills along with proficiency using other computer software applications in the course of work along with familiarity of using print and online ads and social media highly preferred.
