    The Product Manager, Enterprise ChatGPT is responsible for the enterprise implementation of the ChatGPT-based solution tailored to the specific needs of our pharmaceutical operations.

    This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and translating them into actionable plans for ChatGPT product deployment enhancements.


    The candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, and adept at working with multiple matrix teams, including external vendors.

    The position will report to the Head of AI & Analytics Product and is based in Princeton, NJ.


    This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual with a passion for leveraging AI technologies to optimize operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

    The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful integration and utilization of ChatGPT, as well as contributing to the newly established Data Science & AI Product team strategy.

    Responsibilities

    Product Strategy


    Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the enterprise Data Science & AI global objectives of enterprise AI solution enablement, as well as identifying opportunities for ChatGPT tailored integration to streamline processes or improve business workflows.

    Requirement Gathering


    Engage stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges, translating these into clear use and product requirements for the ChatGPT application.

    Roadmap Development


    Create and maintain a Genmab roadmap for ChatGPT's evolution within the company, prioritizing capabilities, features and enhancements that deliver maximum value to the company.

    Work with external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of ChatGPT features that meet Genmab-specific requirements.

    Performance Monitoring


    Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of ChatGPT, gathering feedback and iterating on the product deployment to continuously maximize value.

    Testing, Compliance and Security

    Ensure that ChatGPT solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and security standards within Genmab, maintaining data privacy and integrity.

    Outcome Communication and Business Value Reporting


    Regularly communicate the outcomes, successes, and business value derived from the implementation of ChatGPT to key stakeholders, executives, and relevant departments.

    Prepare comprehensive reports or presentations outlining the impact of ChatGPT on productivity, efficiency gains, cost reductions, or any other measurable benefits, aligning these outcomes with the overarching Genmab business objectives.

    Collaborate with the operations and communications team to highlight success stories, case studies, or testimonials showcasing the positive impact of ChatGPT on the company's operations, potentially leveraging these for external communication purposes.

    User Training and Responsible AI Use


    Develop and conduct training sessions or workshops for end-users, educating them on ChatGPT's features, functionalities, and best practices for effective utilization.

    Implement guidelines and resources for responsible AI use, ensuring that users understand ethical considerations, potential biases, and limitations of AI, especially within the sensitive context of pharmaceutical operations.

    Collaborate with internal training teams or external experts to create educational materials, documentation, and resources that facilitate the ethical and proficient use of ChatGPT while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.).
    Prior experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably within the lifesciences or a regulated sector.
    Demonstrated strong communication skills and service mindset
    Completed training or certification in agile.
    Experience managing external vendors.

    Agile Product Management Experience:
    Proven track record in product ownership or management, preferably in the deployment of AI-powered solutions within enterprise settings.

    Technical Acumen:
    Ability to comprehend AI technologies, NLP (Natural Language Processing), machine learning concepts, and their applications within enterprise solutions.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    Analytical Thinking:
    Strong analytical skills to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions in product development and enhancement.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge:

    Familiarity with pharma operations, compliance standards (such as HIPAA), and an understanding of challenges and opportunities within the industry.

    Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority
    Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a matrix environment
    Strong leadership and analytical skills, ability to deliver on project objectives in a timely manner required

    For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

    $114, $190,625.00

    The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
