    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will welcome guests and visitors, handle inquiries, and provide information about the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
    2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    3. Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
    4. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
    5. Perform basic clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
    6. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
    7. Update calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
    8. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    2. Professional attitude and appearance.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
    5. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
    6. Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
    7. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
