    Job Title: Demand Generation Manager

    Location: Local, In-Office, Hybrid schedule

We are changing the world of law enforcement and corporate security forever and we're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to manage our top-of-funnel marketing efforts.

    As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for driving leads, and ultimately revenue, by planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns, paid advertising, SEO, and lead nurture programs to drive demand and adoption through multiple channels.

    This role will report to the Director of Marketing and be a part of a fast-growing team with a lot of growth opportunities.

    Job Type: Full-time, Exempt

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Campaign Strategy: Lead, develop, and execute industry-focused integrated marketing campaigns including Account Based Marketing that exceed campaign performance goals and drive pipeline ensuring coverage for all sales segments
    • Paid Advertising: Build, manage, and optimize paid media channels (new and existing) to generate leads and improve conversion rates, including paid search, display and social, content syndication, webinars, etc.
    • Lead Nurturing: Create and implement lead nurturing campaigns to support key phases of the customer journey including drip-based and trigger-based email communications.
    • SEO: Develop, test, and implement advanced SEO strategies on an ongoing basis to enhance organic search visibility and ranking.
    • Website Optimization: Identify areas where we are losing visitors or failing to convert them. Build strategies to drive traffic, boost engagement, and increase qualified leads. Recommend UX/UI enhancements and continuously test and measure to improve conversion rates.
    • Analyzing, Reporting, & Pipeline Optimization: Measure, analyze, and report on metrics related to pipeline development, conversion rates, and ROI, and use those learnings for continual optimization to maximize our returns from the dollars we invest in paid search, social, display, and other channels.
    • Collaboration: Work with sales, SDRs, and channel marketers to execute polished end-to-end campaigns from ad creative to demo.

    Required Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience working with top-of-funnel B2B digital marketing campaigns; namely a proven track record of leading effective SEO, paid advertising, and lead nurturing strategies
    • Advanced understanding of traffic-driving and demand-generation strategies (e.g. SEO, paid social, paid search ads, paid social ads, and more...)
    • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Hubspot (bonus if familiar with Wix)
    • Understanding of Can-Spam, GDPR, and other global regulations for privacy, security, and marketing opt-in rules
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Exceptional time management and organization skills
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
    • Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously
