    Responsibilities:

    • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
    • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
    • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
    • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions.
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
    • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
    • Follow all HIPAA guidelines to maintain client confidentiality.
    • Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
    • Support clients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospice care settings.
    • Perform catheter care as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or similar qualification. CPR Certification
    • TB Test
    • Clean Background
    • Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
    • Familiarity with dementia care techniques and understanding of the unique needs of individuals with cognitive impairments.
    • Ability to provide compassionate care and emotional support to clients and their families.
    • Experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospice care settings is a plus.
    • Basic knowledge of meal preparation and ability to follow dietary restrictions.
    • Ability to perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs is desirable but not required.
