    Vetted is seeking a RN - Case Management for a travel job in Bozeman, Montana.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $15,412/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    Job responsibilities:

    • Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
    • Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.
    • Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
    • Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
    • Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition.
