    Job DescriptionThe Project Director will play a pivotal role in two crucial phases of our projects:
    pursuit and execution. This role will pursue potential clients, utilize communication and relationship-building skills to solidify partnerships and opportunities. Once successful, this role will transition to a project leadership role to oversee the successful execution of won projects.

    Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the pursuit of potential clients, leveraging strong communication skills to establish and nurture partnershipsCollaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and align them with strategic goalsHarness your proven leadership qualities to guide project teams through all stages, ensuring successful deliveryOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, maintaining adherence to Vanir's quality standardsNurture client relationships, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and future collaborationsFoster a collaborative environment among team members, promoting effective communication and seamless project executionMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture is required (Extensive relevant experience in place of education may be considered)Minimum of 15 years of recent experience in project and program management for Water/Wastewater sectorProven track record in project leadership, with a focus on Water/Wastewater-related projectsStrong communication skills to engage and establish relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teamsExtensive knowledge of project management principles, methods, and practicesLeadership skills to guide teams through various project stages and challengesConstruction Management Owner Representative experience requiredCommitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining client relationshipsDesign Build experience is requiredExperience with multiple delivery methods desiredDBIA, CCM, LEED, or PE certifications desiredOffered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
