- Develop Python scripts to conform data into extracts that can be consumed by actuarial modelling software
- Executes quarter end extract builds in a timely and controlled manner
- Reviews, audits, and evaluates data from third party administrators and reinsurance counter parties
- Perform analysis, reconciliation, and cleanup of actuarial python code base
- Develops and documents solutions to reduce the time needed for quarter end
- Works with business users to translates their needs into output they use
- May participate on projects as requested
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business/data analytics, finance, math, accounting, business or related field
- Three plus (3+) years data manipulation and reconciliation experience
- Programming experience preferred (Python, R, SQL, SAS, or similar language)
- Experience using version control software preferred (Git, GitHub)
- Analysis experience desired (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, etc..)
- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills required.
- Must have good interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
