    Job Description:

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    The Sales Compensation Lead will oversee the business lead compensation programs for the Sales and Stores teams.

    Provides both administrative and consultative support to Sales and Stores leaders on current compensation programs and makes recommendations for enhancements.

    Process and oversee Sales and Stores compensation programs, bonus development and tracking (includes new hires and transfer administration)

    Collaborate with cross-functional resources to automate/enhance processes

    Prepare ad hoc analysis and forecasting

    Develop and deliver compensation training and respond to field inquiries (including process documentation)

    Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration (subject matter expert)


    Qualifications:

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

    8+ years of compensation experience

    Familiar with compensation analysis processes and strategies

    Experience with various compensation software (Callidus is a plus)

    Strong experience leading projects and programs

    Ability to assess and document complex processes
