Opportunity exists for involvement in a wide range of clinical, leadership, and academic activities, including research, teaching, and mentoring medical students and residents. With thriving resident and fellowship training programs, an enthusiastic commitment to didactic teaching and educational programming is desired. The qualified physician hired will receive a faculty appointment at the University of Arizona consistent with rank and credentials.


Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certification or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Experience and/or enthusiasm for working and teaching in an Academic Medicine setting
• Preparedness and potential for leadership component/responsibilities (Medical Director, Residency Leadership, Director for DEI and Community Engagement)
• Current Arizona licensure or submission for state licensure submitted at time of application
