Position: Electronics Assembler (Soldering, Solderer)

Shift: 1st shift 5:45am-2:15pm M-F and 2nd shift 2:15pm-10:30pm M-F

Pay: $18+ Based off experience and shift preference (due to differential)

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Job Overview:

Will be working in a tech savvy, clean, and well organized setting. Will be working at personal station.

Depending on skill level, will be utilizing top notch soldering equipment and also utilizing hand tools which are all provided by employer.

• Responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. Applies job skills and company
• policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.
• Acquiring a working knowledge of product flow and impact of quality.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
• Must have a working knowledge of production standards and production goals.
• May assist in cross training focus factory members as instructed.
• This position receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments, and works on assignments that are generally routine in nature.
• This position is also required to operate within established policies and procedures and to seek approval for deviations.

Candidates will be responsible for coming in everyday to their work station and start by reading the instructions for the specific job they are on. Reading and documentation will be important because the instructions tell you everything. Will also be performing in house quality making sure all parts are good. If not they have a policy "see something, say something" meaning if parts have issues please document what is defective.
