    The Warehouse Team Manager is a key player in managing the team, inventory, logistics and projects in support of Premiums clients. The Premium logistics center is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and precision. As a Warehouse Team Manager, it is vital to oversee associates and ensure the smooth execution of the clients' projects.

    **What Will You Do?**

    Coach, train, mentor and manage a team of warehouse associates

    Plan and implement improvements to logistics systems and processes

    Create policies and procedures for logistics activities

    Manage projects among the assigned team of warehouse associates

    Resolve escalated issues and provide a weekly report to senior warehouse management

    Advise employees on the care of items received, stored and shipped

    Implement methods and proper use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping materials
