Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Located in our NorCal & SoCal Office, this role reports to the Local Specific Supervisor and is classified as Exempt. The position requires working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work.

Overview

The Customer Success Manager provides leadership to technical and office staff throughout the project management process, collaborating closely with the CEO to meet client deliverables. Key responsibilities include:

Leading clients through phone calls, email, and site visits to determine project scope;
Managing simultaneous project budgets to capture all time and material costs within Vista's allocated budget;
Maintaining existing client relationships through visits, dining, and work-related events.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:

Serve as liaison between client and CEO;
Prepare proposals and budgets for projects;
Generate project drawings, plans, and specifications (senior project managers only);
Write final reports for completed projects;
Conduct revenue forecasting (senior project managers only);
Attend meetings with potential and existing clients and conduct site surveys;
Set up new projects in WorkflowMax and create quotes;
Create project files in various office software systems;
Enter projects onto Excel project log tracking sheets and electronic files;
Manage project budgets (senior project managers only);
Monitor and manage
