    Transportation Operations Manager*, youll be responsible for defining and executing the transportation strategy, delivering the right products, at the right time and at expected costs.

    In the process, your efforts will drive high levels of customer satisfaction, while contributing to Signifys carbon reduction initiatives and financial performance.

    What youll do** Develop and lead the regional Transportation strategy, supporting all modes of transport, for Signify and supplier sites.

    • Implement and manage transportation service performance, in line with agreed targets, supported by the Transport Management System.
    • Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve service and cost targets.
    • Enable digitization of transport processes and services, to improve the customer experience.

    Your qualifications** Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of experience in logistics and transportation highly preferred

    • Supply chain knowledge and experience
    • Customer focused with strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities; excellent communication skills and can present information to all levels within the organization
    • Advanced process management and analytical skills
    • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
    • Possess a continuous improvement mindset; experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
