    for a Senior Financial Analyst.

    (Hybrid Remote-in office 2-3x a week)

    to

    5:00 PM

    , Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

    Primary Responsibilities And Essential Functions Of The Position

    Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

    Assist in the development of annual operating budgets and long-range financial plans, incorporating input from various stakeholders and conducting sensitivity analysis as needed.

    Provide insights into key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators to drive operational efficiencies and profitability.

    Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning and risk management.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    Lead continuous improvement efforts in financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
    Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and special projects, as requested by management.

    Minimum Education And Experience Required

    Required:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
    Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
    Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Power BI, Cognos).
