    **About the Role**

    Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney is Australias most beautiful dining room. The dining style is simple and uncomplicated perfectly wood fire-grilled meats and seafood from Australias very best producers a perfect match to what is Australias greatest wine list. We are looking for hospitality go-getters that thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key responsibilities of the role include:**

    Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality products and a smooth service

    Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a premium setting

    Leading a section during lunch and dinner service

    Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed

    Mentoring, training and supervising junior chefs, including apprentices

    **What we are looking for**

    Previous experience as a Demi Chef in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment

    A Culinary Professional that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun dining journey

    Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene

    A love of all things hospitality
