    As a Surgical Tech/Scrub Tech with CommonSpirit Health, you will:

    Assist surgical team during operative procedures by:

    • Arranging and inventorying sterile set-up of instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical cases
    • Passing items to surgeons and nurses as needed

    Day-to-day duties include:

    • Scrubbing on all cases
    • Cross-trained for all services, no specialized service teams
    • Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations
    • Maintaining sterile field during procedures
    • Handing instruments to surgeons, anticipating surgeons' needs
