- Experience working with children from 1st grade to 6th grade, in camps, after-school programs, or a classroom setting
- Confidence in implementing programs and generating your own engaging activities for students in this age group.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A benevolent approach toward parents and children.
- Bachelor's degree, or are currently working on a Bachelor's degree (Elementary Education preferred).
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required.

Join our team at our Flower Mound campus in Texas and run our Summer ProgramYour RoleWe're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Summer Program Coordinator, who has a passion for working with elementary-aged children.
This position is a full-time role starting at the end of this May
Our Guidepost Summer Program offers weekly themes that spark curiosity, exploration, and fun You will be given a curriculum, and you are encouraged to add in your own creative ideas and activities.
