Position Overview: Responsible for handling all incoming calls for the credit union. Provides expert support to callers and creates opportunities to cross sell product and services.
Responsibilities: Responds to incoming calls, chats and video requests; identifies member's needs with expert level knowledge of credit union's products. Actively cross sells beneficial products. Accurately completes financial transactions upon request.
