Requirements
You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You:

Are at least 21 years old and possess the following: the ability to pass a background check, a high school diploma or GED, related field 3 years work experience in a state licensed childcare center with over 100 children, an Oklahoma Director's Credential, CPR/first aid certifications, and required professional development hours.

A Bachelor's or Asscoiates Degree in ECE is a bonus

Demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
