Description:The Tool and Die maker will be responsible for all maintenance and repair of dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, press tools, and various other precision mechanical devices in an automotive manufacturing environment. These are injection molding dies and some are very large. Will read blueprints and diagrams and set up/operate all tool room equipment to perform job duties. Will MIG, TIG, and stick weld on dies for repair and spotting.


Shift Hours:

+ 1st: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM+ 2nd: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (1 opening)+ 3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM+ Currently working 48 hours a week and anything worked over 8 hours in a given day is paid x1.5.


Pay:+ Direct hire opportunity+ $32 an hour plus a $.75 shift premium+ Excellent Benefits (401k, Medical, Dental, PTO)+ Union Facility

Additional Skills & Qualifications:Required:+ Journeyman tool and die card or 8+ years of tool and die experience+ Machining and Fabricating experience+ Injection Molding experience a plus+ Experience troubleshooting large transfer and progressive dies+ Ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints+ Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
