Job summary
The position is for Indiana Immunization division IT team.This position would be a liaison between program area and technical support groups understanding and documenting the requirements or issues and creating test scenarios, perform testing, and report test results.
+Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for immunization individual user agreements automation.
- Write detailed test scripts and test upcoming patches, identify issues and provide testing results to make a decision to go ahead with the patch.
- Track all tickets and follow-up with a vendor and IT teamand make sure the tickets are taken care of by the vendor in a timely manner.
