The Associate Corporate Counsel, Contracts plays a critical role in advancing VSE's strategic objectives by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements that support its Distribution, MRO, USM,Making sure to include all the relevant information from the job description and requirements. The job requires excellent drafting writing and communication skills as well as strong analytical reasoning skills with sound legal business judgment.
This is an exciting opportunity for legal professionals who are passionate about contracts and want to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.
A successful candidate will have experience working on commercial contracts preferably within the aviation industry or other distribution-focused industries. They should be able to build effective relationships across business teams simplify complex legal issues effectively communicate key contract clauses commitments to stakeholders. The candidate should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Outlook.,
