Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a Guest Room Attendant for Gold Dust West Elko.

This property features a modern interior with the latest slot machines and table games including Blackjack, Craps, and 3-Card Poker.

Across the parking lot is our 80-room Hampton Inn featuring Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, fitness center and a hot breakfast for all guests.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Clean Guest rooms according to Hampton brand standards and managements standards
Check and maintain the physical condition of guest rooms
Fill out work orders for general maintenance repairs as needed
Report any damage or missing hotel items immediately
Stock and restock assigned housekeeping cart daily
Stripping and stocking linens
Cleaning and organizing housekeeping/storage/laundry rooms
Follow all OSHA regulations and Company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Properly use all cleaners and cleaning equipment
Inspect rooms for consistency and cleanliness
Assist house/ground attendant and laundry attendants if needed
Deep cleaning
Shampoo carpets
Stay current with all Hampton brand training programs
Comply with all Hampton brand standards

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

Basic reading and writing abilities
Ability to follow written and oral instructions
High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
Identification that establishes identity
Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
