    Prioritize work daily by identifying pressing issues, through communication with each department and knowing shift production plans.
    Oversight of sanitation events to ensure compliance with written programs and utilization of good sanitation practices.
    Audit to ensure cleaning procedures are being followed.
    Work in conjunction with departments on daily and weekly sanitation tasksFacilitate the execution and validate the master sanitation schedule.
    Provide initial and annual training on proper sanitation practices.
    Assist in the cleaning of all infrastructure and all parts of equipment.
    Coach site personnel in GMPs and sanitary condition standards.
    Adhere to all safety practices, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Orders supplies for the department.
    Working with cleaning chemicals and assuring proper quantities.
    Provide individuals with cleaning chemicals requested.
    Accurately log all parts being washed.
    Organize dirty and clean parts in the sanitation area.
    Utilize RF scanner gun to scan hoppers.
    Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
    RequirementsAbility to lift 50 lbs.
    Basic knowledge of computers, word, excel.
    Ability to utilize RF Scanners and tablets.
    Must be a self-starter, work well independently and within a team environment.
    Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills required.
    Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
    Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
