    Position: Document Control Administrator
    Location: Durham, NC
    Duration: 4 Months

    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the documentation and control processes for spare parts and inventory management projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP, vendor management, and project management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Properly format and set up fields in Excel for submission into SAP.
    2. Follow up with ADG Global for creation or extension of materials numbers.
    3. Follow up with GES/skid vendor for more information on parts.
    4. Track progress of parts and shipping details, including size.
    5. Conduct daily touchpoints with Vallen for parts updates.
    6. Generate weekly reports on the status of parts and inventory management projects.
    7. Manage the receiving process for parts and coordinate storage.
    8. Work closely with MRO and DS4 maintenance teams to track spare parts for projects.
    9. Enter information into SAP and ensure accuracy of data.
    10. Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and track progress of orders.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Degree preferred.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, creating reports).
    • Strong organization skills, including documentation and reporting.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in vendor management and project management, with a focus on interacting with other areas.
    • Experience with SAP is heavily preferred.
    • Prior experience in spare parts and inventory management is a significant plus.
