- Lead and direct inside and outside sales personnel
- Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecasts for locations managed

- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers, peers, stakeholders and other internal O'Neal Steel departmental partners
- Be responsible for the personnel management of region including the following HeadcountStructure
- Be responsible for Expense management
- Live within current footprint or ability to travel regularly to assigned territory
- Travel 50% or more
- Bachelors or Associates degree in marketing, business or a related field. Non-degreed candidates with sales management experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership skills including achieving results through people, performance management and development, maintaining a culture that aligns with O'Neal Steel values, etc.
- A good understanding of commercial activities associated with metals sales as well as metal processing, operational challenges and financial cause and effect.
