    Description


    As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of our WMS, OMS, and EDI systems.

    You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance system functionality.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, an understanding of WMS, OMS, EDI, system integration, and excellent problem-solving skills.

    This salary position will report to the IT – Manager.

    DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    Provide second and/or third-level support for WMS, OMS, EDI, and integration applications
    Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges
    Perform regular system maintenance tasks, updates, and patches
    Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues
    Work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades
    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for WMS, OMS, and EDI processes and configurations
    Provide training and support to end-users to ensure efficient system utilization
    Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and business analysts to implement new features and improvements
    Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
    Understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehouse, and inventory management
    Willingness to expand skillsets through continuous education
    3+ years of customer-facing experience
    3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

    PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
    Travel in a car and an airplane 15% of the time.
    Ability to sit for extended periods within an office environment.
    Ability to use hands and fingers for computer keyboarding, and answer phone calls.
    Ability to communicate via the telephone using speaking and hearing skills.
