    Your Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing regression testing methods, scripts, operational tracking, and issue resolution for critical applications within the company.
    • Managing the design, implementation, integration, deployment, and support of new Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) desktop and server applications for business purposes.
    • Ensuring smooth testing, implementation, and transition to a production/operational state.
    • Acting as a technical analyst, capable of orchestrating the entire lifecycle of complex server application integration and implementation projects across various departments and with multiple resources.
    • Creating comprehensive engineering specifications and documentation as needed.
    • Effectively communicating project status and important business updates to both management and internal stakeholders.
    • Providing third-level escalation support for the department's software service catalog.
    • Serving as the System Engineer for business-oriented desktop and server applications, including handing off responsibilities to Desktop Engineers.
    • Adhering to industry best practices by following a structured Software Development Life Cycle methodology, encompassing design, development, testing, and deployment of server applications.

    Your Qualifications:

    • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant business experience.
    • Preferred experience with iManage or similar Document Management Systems.
    • Additional experience with the Intapp product suite is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated technical proficiency and knowledge in the following areas:
    • Proficiency in contemporary Microsoft operating systems.
    • Expertise in Windows Configuration, Analysis, and Engineering.
    • Understanding of Network Connectivity and Analysis.
    • Proficiency in Software Configuration, Analysis, and Implementation.
    • Competence in the current Microsoft Office desktop environment, including Administration, Architecture, Suite Dependencies, Features, and Operational Support.
    • Familiarity with Document Management application methods, including Third Party integrations.
    • Competency in SQL Database environments, encompassing a basic understanding of SQL Syntax, SQL Queries, and Database Structure.
    • Knowledge of Legal Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Applications.
    • Ability to delineate scope and objectives for application/project delivery based on business requirements.
    • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances professionally.
    • Strong focus on service delivery and adeptness in establishing and sustaining productive relationships with peers, management, system users, and other departmental collaborators.
