- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and company compliance policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.The Field Specimen Processor will:
- Greet and identify patients in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Obtain billing and testing information as per SOPs.
- Collect urine and oral fluid specimens for drug testing following SOPs.
- Package and prepare specimens for shipping to the testing location in line with SOPs.
- Perform customer service duties, including phone inquiries and patient encounters.
- Collect patient payments as per SOPs.
- Adhere to all HIPAA and company compliance policies regarding patient information, orders, and billing processes.
- Comply with safety rules and regulations, including proper handling of samples, maintaining a clean and neat workstation, and appropriate use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintain workstation supplies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.Compensation:
