    Job Summary

    Graco is looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our shared services team specializing in financial analysis and shared services accounting. This leader will develop and provide financial and operational analysis to aid shared services and corporate accounting leadership in strategic business and financial decision making for Graco Inc. This position reports to the Manager, Shared Services to support the general accounting operations of shared services by controlling and verifying shared services transactions and identifying opportunities to strengthen results impacting Graco's pricing, payroll, billing, accounts payable and T&E.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage general ledger accounting transactions under Graco's shared services scope
    • Analyze operational and financial data taking into account shared services' and Graco's objectives to support management decision making
    • Assemble and summarize data to support reporting on financial status and shared services performance
    • Develop models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
    • Reconcile various general ledger accounts including payroll accruals, accounts payable and receivable
    • Manage shared services Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program including monthly and quarterly SOX testing
    • Reinforce internal control structure by identifying control risks and support internal and external audits
    • Drive process improvements that impact pricing, payroll, billing, vendor management, accounts payable and T&E
    • Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required, CPA or MBA preferred
    • 2-5 years relevant accounting experience, financial modeling experience preferred
    • Thorough understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and their application
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and ability to work with Business Intelligence tools; PowerBI experience a plus
    • Experience with Oracle, OneStream and Microsoft Power BI preferred
