    Summary You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Prototyping, Instrumentation and Experimentation Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

    Responsibilities You will evaluate complex contract cost proposals. You will prepare annual reports, requested data calls, and contract modifications. You will provide timely, consistent and comprehensive oversight of assigned contracts, delivery orders and task orders.

    You will monitor organizational internal controls to ensure effective and efficient use of resources and safeguards against waste, fraud, and abuse.

    You will create and maintain published process documentation and assist with establishing new processes as needed.

    Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

    Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a Technical Point of Contact for externally issued contracts. 2) Providing customer engagement to drive to appropriate procurement path for items or services used by NAWCAD. 3) Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams. 4) Demonstrating the ability to perform SharePoint Admin function for a tailored capability for procurement tracking. 5) Performing in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment specifically for Wide Area Workflow invoice acceptance. 6) Providing inputs to the Surveillance Activity Checklist. 7) Performing the Trusted Agent role for contractor Common Access Card issuance, re-verification and maintenance.
