IT Procurement Analyst,

Federal Defense What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for DOD IT portfolio management analysts
Join a high-performing team of consultants with expertise in processing Information Technology Purchase Requests (ITPRs) and providing IT Portfolio Management support in service to a Department of Defense Combat Support Agency (CSA)
This position is a combination of on-site and remote

Requirements:

S
Citizenship (Required).

Active TOP SECRET Clearance (Required).
BA/BS Degree (Required).

-5 years of related work experience.

Must live in the greater Washington D.

C

region:
Virginia, the District of Columbia, or Maryland.

This is a hybrid position

Team members will work three days onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA, and two days remote (WFH)

Skills:

Review Information Technology Purchase Requests (ITPRs) submitted by a DOD client for compliance.
Use analytical skills and knowledge of Agency's portfolio to determine if purchase is best approach to IT strategy.
Understand when SISO and/or SCRM involvement/approval is required.
Process multiple, unrelated ITPRs through the various approval stages simultaneously.
Strong communication skills are necessary to represent the ITPR team and communicate with the project manager to ascertain additional information.
Maintain the ability to think creatively for various ITPRs that will fall outside established standard operating procedures (SOP)
