    The Training Leader is responsible for the instructional design and technical creation of educational systems and tools to be used in the classroom. The Training Leader enhances the competencies of customers and company staff by designing, developing, and implementing training programs that boosts performance in the sale, installation, operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment and materials. The Training Leader performs cross-functionally with other sales and support employees.

    The Training Leader is a hybrid role but mostly remote role that will be based out of one of our Illinois Branch's: Alsip, Aurora, Chicago, Elgin, Hillside, Morris, New Lenox, Wheeling, or Bolingbrook.

    What will you be doing?

    • Supports Munch University training program and prepares teaching plans for all technical focused courses.
    • Designs and develops training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, visual aids, and classroom handouts.
    • Prepares for and conducts dealer technical focused training courses.
    • Provides excellent customer service through timely customer interaction, problem resolution or escalation with effective and efficient follow-up.
    • Confers with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, product, and technologies.
    • Maintains and executes Munch's employee technical training through in person classroom and eLearning methods to support product, sales and business processes.
    What we need from you:

    Preferred Job Requirements
    • High School diploma or its GED equivalent and Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
    • 5 or more years' experience with HVAC and related functions.
    Minimum Job Requirements
    • High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some formal training in education or related field.
    • 2 or more years' experience with HVAC and related functions.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
