- Designs and develops training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, visual aids, and classroom handouts.
- Prepares for and conducts dealer technical focused training courses.
- Provides excellent customer service through timely customer interaction, problem resolution or escalation with effective and efficient follow-up.
- Confers with management, supervisors, and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, product, and technologies.
- Maintains and executes Munch's employee technical training through in person classroom and eLearning methods to support product, sales and business processes.
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent and Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- 5 or more years' experience with HVAC and related functions.
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some formal training in education or related field.
- 2 or more years' experience with HVAC and related functions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The Training Leader is a hybrid role but mostly remote role that will be based out of one of our Illinois Branch's: Alsip, Aurora, Chicago, Elgin, Hillside, Morris, New Lenox, Wheeling, or Bolingbrook.
