    Responsibilities consists of preparing and processing items for shipment and the wrapping, hand process, stenciling, marking and fabricating wood shipping containers.

    This includes making measurements, marking lumber and plywood and operating wood working equipment, i.e., table, cut-off and band saw.

    Requires the layout, fabrication and assembly of shipping crates, boxes and packing, loading and securing of parts, assemblies, material and tools for domestic and export shipment.


    Basic Qualifications:
    Experience reading Blue Prints.
    Experience setting up, operating and maintaining wood working equipment.
    Experience working in a shipping environment.
    Experience packing materials of various sizes using various techniques.


    Desired Skills:
    Previous warehouse and shipping experience

    Ability to Work Remotely:
    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
