    • Collaborates with the sales team to support the growth objectives of the team.
    • Drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
    • Creates strategies to enhance the brand awareness of KWPMC including monitoring and handling of online reviews and community outreach programs.
    • Ensures KWPMC standards are achieved on presentations, flyers, and monthly newsletters.
    • Completes and submits the monthly marketing report to the Executive Team for review.
    • Ensures optimal performance of the company website, reviews website traffic, and maintains real time updates of company news.
    • Develop technical content strategies and manage social media channels.
    • Develops and evaluates social media campaigns and content frequently.
    • Maintains marketing data and provides reports the results of marketing strategy to Executive Team
    • Tracks industry wide marketing campaigns, analyzes key public relation announcements, and identifies industry patterns. Shares findings with Executive Team.
    • Manages 3 party marketing company performances including SEO marketing schemes and public relations.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Supervisory Responsibility
    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.

    Travel

    Some travel will be required to attend company sponsored meetings, training, or events.

    Required Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, consumer behavior, social media marketing or related field required.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • 3-5 years of experience building, executing, and scaling marketing programs
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience creating visual contents for digital and social.
    • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
    • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
    • Critical thinker, innovative, creative, and enthusiastic about making an impact.
    • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is capable of handling multiple projects at once.
    • Experience with presenting ideas to various levels of a company to gain support on initiatives a plus.
