    • As a cashier at Zaxby's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and are directly responsible for delivering a great experience.
    ">

    We offer competitive pay with an estimated salary range of $13.50/hour, flexible scheduling, opportunities to advance, paid training, free meals on shift, early access to pay, recognition program, employee referral program, and 401(k) with employer match (additional eligibility requirements).

    Your duties and responsibilities will include:

    ">
      ">
    • Taking and entering orders, handling payments, keeping the dining room and other guest areas clean, and providing excellent service to our guests.
      • ">
    • Engaging in hands-on stations training, completing all training requirements, and maintaining awareness of current promotions.
      • ">
    • Explaining menu items, answering questions, suggesting additional items, and enthusiastically representing the Zaxby's brand.
      • ">
    • Maintaining equipment, informing management of maintenance needs, stocking paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages, and preparing menu items according to company standards and safety regulations.
      • ">
    • Assisting with kitchen and back of house tasks as assigned, working safely, and following all safety guidelines and procedures.
      • ">
    • Completing all tasks with a sense of urgency, in a timely manner.

    The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain effective audio-visual perception and judgement to observe and respond to the environment.
