Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong background in DevOps, Google DevOps, and Machine Learning coupled with essential industry domain knowledge. This role requires a professional with 8 to 12 years of experience who is ready to drive our technical projects to new heights ensuring efficiency and innovation in our processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of DevOps strategies to improve deployment and integration processes.
- Utilize Google DevOps tools to enhance and automate operational processes.
- Apply Machine Learning algorithms to analyze and improve project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met with high-quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor project progress addressing potential risks and issues promptly.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevOps and Google DevOps tools is essential.
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning with the ability to apply it in a project context.
- Deep understanding of industry essentials and how they impact project success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and domain areas.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
