    Summary


    The Market Director-Pharmacy provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities within the regional service line with objective of maximizing quality, growth, fiscal responsibility, and profitability.

    Works in collaboration with local and shared services leadership in the areas of:
    operations; strategic planning; service development and marketing; stakeholder service, system standardization, quality, patient safety and throughput.

    Directs, supervises, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates clinical and operational activities of pharmacy leadership ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and fiscal responsibility of pharmacy throughout the market ministries and applicable retail locations.

    Qualifications

    Education
    Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
    Master's degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy is preferred.
    Experience
    5 years of Pharmacy experience is required.
    3 years of Pharmacy leadership experience is required.
    Residency preferred.
    Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
    Licensed as Pharmacist in state of practice is required.
    Board Certification is preferred.
