- Sit at front desk and greet any guests, vendors, etc.
- Work closely with Customer Service Coordinator for day-to-day tasks
- Generate and book shipments and gather customers requested ship/delivery dates
- Track inventory
- Compile shipment paperwork including BOLs
- Communicate with customer regarding any issues, delays, etc.
- Assist with monthly billing
- Prior administrative experience required
- Transportation industry experience is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and a strong multi-tasker
