    Restaurant Managers (Veterans / Veteran Families Preferred)

    Roles in FL, GA, NJ, PA

    Full time direct hire positions. $55-75k DOE

    Talentry is looking for multiple experienced Restaurant Managers for a variety of locations in Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

    The role is:
    • To oversee the Front and the Back of the House with respect to operations.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, while at the same time ensuring profitable operations.
    • This role will evaluate staff performance, organize shifts, work with vendors, ensure health/safety/compliance, and look for opportunities to improve the brand.
    • The manager will train new and current employees, communicate policies and ensure change management.
    Requirements

    Requirements:

    Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager, GM, or similar.
    • Ability to work 50 hours/week on a 5-day work shift (with a max of 3 closings).
    • Proven leadership, training, and people skills.
    • Demonstrated customer-centric history.
    • Familiar with restaurant management software (OpenTable, etc.)
