Description

BCTGs direct CPG client is looking for an experienced Sr Facilities Project Coordinator to assist the internal Facilities Manager / Lead Engineer with expanding and opening a new manufacturing facility and warehouse. This role will require facilities experience building and standing up a new manufacturing plant. This role will be onsite in Macon, GA 5 days per week.

Responsibilities include:

• share the workload and support the existing facilities manager in this new project
• recommend a more efficient way of managing documents and spreadsheets
• provide and lead effective communications both internally and externally to subcontractors for this project
• collaborate with manager to help facilitate a more modern & effective way of managing a very large project
• support the day-to-day administration tasks

Required Skills:

• deep understanding of the entire Microsoft tool kit
• very strong organization skills
• excellent listening and communication skills
• experience with new construction projects specially for manufacturing plants
• able to effectively interact with the business, IT, and external suppliers
